Account details (name, email, mobile number), student profiles created by parents, home addresses for bookings, tutor profile information and verification documents, and booking and review history.
How we use and share it
We use your information to operate the marketplace. A tutor sees only what is needed for a booking request, and the exact home address is revealed to the assigned tutor only after a booking is confirmed. Verification documents are stored privately and visible only to authorised administrators and the tutor who uploaded them.
